A 16-Year-Old Juvenile Rapes a 13-Year-Old In Front of Sister

In Kanpur Dehat District of Uttar Pradesh, a 13-year-old is fighting against death. She is in a very critical condition after being allegedly raped and beaten by a 16-year-old juvenile.

According to the reports, the juvenile committed the crime in front of his sister in Shivli Town on Sunday.

After having been beaten up by the juvenile along with his father and mother, the girl was found in a pretty bad shape. She was even threatened to keep her mouth shut or else, she would be responsible for the consequences. She was initially admitted to a district hospital, from where she was later shifted to Lala Lajpat Rai Hospital. Her condition is said to be critical, the DIG told.

In spite of the threatening, the girl told about the entire incident to her parents, who then filed an FIR in the police station against the same. The juvenile has been detained, and his parents have been arrested. All the relevant sections of IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act will be slapped on the culprits.

Weren’t parents supposed to teach their children the difference between “Good” and “Bad”? How shameful is it to know that the parents helped their child rape someone’s daughter. The parents, who themselves have a daughter!

How can they not know the pain of a mother whose daughter is raped, beaten and left to die? How can they not know the tears of a father who dies inside when he hears his daughter’s painful cries? How can they not feel the pain of a girl, who is just 13-years-old, still far away from the evils of the world? How?

I am shocked! I am ashamed! I am tired of hearing about the girls being raped!

I am dreaded! I am dismayed! These acts of abuse make me feel afraid!
