Depression Isn’t weakness.
I was in a bad place,
my thoughts made me depressed,
but I had to be silent, I couldn’t confess,
I was weak and powerless,
one thing I knew, I had to gain positivism,
and this was a ha process.
After a while, I realized,
I was the issue,
I was filled with fantasies,
of achieving unrealistic goals,
I thought at that time were fantastic,
but the result was catastrophic,
it led to depression.
This experience didn’t make me weak,
it made me strong like a brick,
it uncovered the truth, I wasn’t a freak,
I was just lost an I needed to find my way back,
I now know challenges make you strong not weak,
And this is a FACT!!!!!!!!!

I did some research and discovered many people go through it. Depression isn’t easy especially when you go through it alone. If you are a social person, talk to someone you trust. If you are a reserved introvert, write it down or talk to a professional.
