We all have our shit days to deal with once in while. Pardon the word but it’s the perfect word for what we are feeling. Do not let it define you and don’t ever let it control you.
Geez, you might say. It’s easier said than done. Take for an instance a misfortune incident. You had a flat tire and you started kicking the tires. Do not vent your anger to an inanimate object. It’s not the tires fault that you’re running late to your appointment. What if that tire suddenly came to life and kicked you instead.
Take a deep breath and look around you. You go look for something beautiful like a flower or the beautiful horizon. You might be surprised that something will make you pause. When you calm down, you will think of a better solution.
What if the odds are against you? You checked for the spare tire but it was missing. You suddenly realized that you did not return it to its place. And what if you were in a desert? You’re stumped that fate was going against you.
What you really must do is think that something good will come out of it. Have faith that help will come along. There’s always a solution to any problems. You go find it.
