People often say that there is a thin line between love and hatred. Even one misunderstanding can be the reason to cross the line. I think one of the most common reasons to find oneself in such a situation is when a long-cherished relationship ends unexpectedly, leaving behind a feeling of betrayal and emptiness. In such situations, people react instantly. Most of them would immediately think of taking revenge for being emotionally drained and hence, take no time to change sides from love to hatred. They don’t give themselves that chance to realize that once they cross the line then it would become a lifelong pain that can burn them from inside. With time it would become that incurable disease that can slowly kill oneself. While the person being hated would hardly have any effect.
So, what I feel is that one should stand on that line between love and hatred.
You might be thinking what is that invisible thin line?
Well, for me it is the silence. Yes, I agree it is definitely going to give you unbearable pain. But trust me not for a lifetime.
One should give oneself that chance to know whether the person whom you are longing for, actually deserves your love or not. If he or she deserves, then they will never let you cross the line, but if they don’t hold you back and push you to cross the line, then it’s time you realize to open new vistas of life rather than wasting your time by expending any of your emotions, be it love or hatred for the person, who deserves neither.
