The Art of Excluding Worries

We struggle so much trying to understand the course of life that we forget the important things. We forget to live, to take action when we should be taking action, we miss opportunities. Everything happens for a reason, but sometimes we seem to fail at finding it. We repeat the same mistakes over and over again, never learning our lessons. We fall back, not knowing how to get up, how to make things really work. You know what? I believe it to be normal. A normal routine before seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. A normal process to be followed before we realize what we have to do.

We often say we are not good enough or that we don’t know enough to succeed in life. That’s just wrong! Nobody knows everything! Not even those successful people who achieved something great in their lives. They made a lot of sacrifices, that’s true, but just because they got to a great point in their lives doesn’t mean they are some sort of Gods. They are still humans. What makes them ‘special’ is that they didn’t focus their attention on useless stuff. They kept their eyes on the ball, never missing any move, never letting themselves be distracted. They failed, but they got back up. They understood that success comes with a lot of work, sweat, tears, but most importantly, overcoming fears.

There’s no use to worry about anything in life. We can’t control the unexpected and we definitely can’t change what has already happened. We waste so much time and energy thinking of how things should go that we don’t have enough when we actually need them. If bad things are going to happen, they are gonna happen no matter how much we think about it. If we are going to fall, that’s gonna happen. The Universe won’t change its ways just because we worry unreasonably. It consumes us so much, sometimes we don’t even realise it. We drain our batteries so fast and so inefficiently. Life is life and at some point pain and sorrow will come. The best thing we can do is to learn how to cope with that. We need to learn our lessons and use them when it’s time. Complaining about how difficult life is won’t get us anywhere. We are given each day to use as a development field. Every second can give us information we can take with us further in life. we just have to pe open-minded, to open our eyes and seize every chance there is. Of course, some of them may slip, but we have to give our best shot every time. Every attempt is a step closer to success. Never giving up is our fuel for every battle there is to come.

Every sunrise is a proof that we were given another chance, another moment to try to become better. Worrying about how the day will continue won’t sustain our fight. It can only take us from our path, it can only put a barrier between us and our dreams. Today is when we can take action, is when we can make choices that can influence our tomorrows. Let’s let ourselves live in the present time, not thinking about how the wind is going to blow tomorrow. Let’s conserve our strength and energy for what is truly important.
