My Promises!

“I’ll never say to you to wake up early,

I’ll never wish that you make my breakfast for the office,

I’ll never get angry on your burnt dinner,

I’ll never make fun infront of my friends.”

“I’ll never cry on your daily shopping habit,

I’ll never laugh on your wrong pronunciations

I’ll never hurt you with my foolish mistakes,

I’ll never torcher you on your cheap acts.”

“I’ll go daily on candle light dinners,

I’ll go daily for long walks with you,

I’ll make daily long conversations with you on dinner,

I’ll always go for movie on weekend.”

“I can die for you,

I can lie for you,

I can jump in freezing water for you,

I can brake my rules for you.”

“Believe me, I cannot take breath without you.

I feel so cold in winter without your handmade sweater.

Please come, and accept me again,

Yeah, I can do it. Please believe me once again.”

Beautifully written…
But I learned that people leave even if they have promised a thousand times that they won’t . Now I don’t trust words I trust actions .. I feel keeping a promise to yourself is a direct reflection of the love you have for yourself. I used to make promises to myself and find them easy to break. Today, I love myself enough to not only make a promise to myself, but I love myself enough to keep that promise . I am in that situation where I hate promises……

Wonderfully written… But i prefer actions to promises. I have been hurt by promises that i now see them as lies.
